Try a Traineeship!

An Exciting New Work Experience Alternative!

Traineeship is a skills development programme that includes a work placement. It can last from 6 weeks up to 1 year, though most traineeships last for less than 6 months. They are designed to help young people aged 16 to 19 who don’t yet have the appropriate skills or experience, and unlock their great potential to prepare them for their future careers helping them to become ‘work ready’.

Traineeships provide the essential work preparation training, English, maths, and work experience needed to secure an apprenticeship or employment.
