Meaningful experiences of work are incredibly valuable for developing confidence, self-awareness, discipline and essential employability skills. These include workshops, insight days, virtual work experience and in-person placements.

Our staff have worked incredibly hard to connect with local employers to be able to offer our learners a range of experiences this academic year. A big thank you to all of the employers who have offered placements to our learners!

Lots of companies offer virtual placements, where learners can work remotely without having to go into the workplace. Here, they gain skills and knowledge to help them with future employment.
