Employer Testimonials

"I would say taking on an apprentice was probably one of the best moves we could have made at that time. The workload was growing as it does every year & I knew we would need help so that we could continue to offer a great service to our customers.

Originally we took on two Digital Marketing apprentices with Green Labyrinth, who were both so well suited to the position, they both fell straight into the role & became very important members of the team. The beauty of having an apprentice is that a lot of their training is done on the job, so they aren't taken out of work too often, which was vital as hockey season gets very busy. One of our young ladies has since moved on to another role, where Keziah is still with us today & is now our Marketing Manager. She is incredible, her knowledge of the role blows my mind every day. I am thankful that she took the right steps with an apprenticeship as she has all the tools she needed to get to this level of management.

If you require help/assistance in your workplace an apprenticeship is the best way to go, you get government support with their wages which helps the business, they get all the training they need to be tailored to the position & it's a great way to allow the younger ones to build a sustainable career."

"Partnering with Green Labyrinth to find a L3 Digital Marketing apprentice was an excellent decision. They are a very conscientious team and applied themselves diligently to helping us find just the right person in just the right place.

They made the whole process very easy for us. We could not be more delighted with our new apprentice and with the service that we have received overall from Green Labyrinth."

"Martin started his L4 Network Engineering Apprenticeship in December 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, before signing up I had a number of concerns about how the Apprenticeship would be delivered and if Martin would get the support. However, since working with the Green Labyrinth team and especially Sue Gordon all my concerns have gone!

The delivery method has been really smooth and completed online, using the eportfolio Martin is able to upload evidence and course work instantly and get the feedback he needs from Sue throughout the week, we have agreed he dedicates one day a week (Thursday) to completing / updating his portfolio and is making great progress!

As Martin's manager, I join a Zoom call every 4-6 weeks to confirm his progress, talk about any updates and complete a review, all paperwork is sent then using Docusign and takes seconds to electronically sign.

We are looking forward to the restrictions being lowered as Martin will be able to attend in class sessions with other learners on the same Apprenticeship, whilst we still maintain the flexible online delivery / meetings."

“Green Labyrinth were instrumental in finding suitable candidates for this round of recruitment.

When hiring apprentices, it’s much more about their soft skills (e.g. personality, ambition, adaptability) than their hard skills (e.g experience).

Green Labyrinth really understood the soft skills we were looking for which made finding the right people so much easier.

Since starting their Apprenticeships back in March, Ruby & Sophie have made huge steps forward and have both become integral parts of the Marketing Team at Chalkhill Blue.

Having completed modules on Principles of Coding, Google Analytics and now the Principles of Marketing, they are becoming well rounded junior marketers able to apply their knowledge and learnings across a whole range of areas in the business."

“We have used several different Apprenticeship providers over the last few years, and haven’t always received a good service. I was therefore skeptical when looking to source another provider for a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship.

However, Green Labyrinth have completely reversed my skepticism!  Green Labyrinth’s professional attitude and knowledge has been key to us all receiving a great experience.

Their organised approach has made sure that the whole process runs smoothly; assessments are completed in a timely manner, and all communication is excellent. Sue, the Assessor was always helpful and enthusiastic. We are now looking for another apprenticeship in the same role and we know we can rely on the staff at Green Labyrinth to place the right candidate”
